​I am an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in UX design, graphic design, and photography. My work is driven by a deep understanding of human psychology and user behavior, allowing me to uncover insights that shape intuitive, user-centered experiences.

I specialize in survey, usability testing, user research methodologies, heatmaps, wireframing, and prototyping, ensuring that design decisions are backed by meaningful data.

Passionate about bridging the gap between user needs and design solutions, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and deliver impactful, research-driven designs.

Further strengthening my expertise, in the past year (2024), I completed Human Mind, Practical AI, and One-Person UX courses at Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g), focusing on advanced UX research methodologies.

As part of STRATO’s UX research team, I led a comprehensive research project to optimize our website’s navigation. My responsibilities included identifying our target audience, utilizing existing personas, conducting desk research, and exploring ‘Jobs to be Done.’ I facilitated in-person and online card sorting, created empathy maps, and contributed to usability testing with mock-ups. I analyzed results and provided recommendations for A/B testing to drive data-informed improvements

Price Communication At Strato GmbH

(Ux Research Project at Strato GmbH: 2024 – 2025)

This project aimed to analyze how competitors in the German market communicate free trials through price tiles in showroom environments. The focus was on understanding pricing strategies and their influence on customer behavior. The research findings were then used to inform design decisions and improve the user experience of pricing displays.

UX / UI challenge : From Research to design

Several years ago, I tackled three key research design challenges, exploring various research methods and design approaches. While these case studies are not recent, they represent a significant milestone in my growth as a UX researcher. At the time, I was refining my expertise in user research, and these projects laid the foundation for my professional practice today.

These case studies, originally documented in articles on Medium, showcase how I applied surveys, competitor analysis, user interviews, and desk research to uncover actionable insights. Each study highlights the role of research in shaping design.
